school grants

Goal: Increase student participation in consistent, sequential, standards-based, in-school arts instruction in one or more arts disciplines (dance, music, theatre, visual arts). The Creative Education Program plans to disseminate school grants in three phases, with the goal of reaching every school district in the county and at least 90% of the students.
